Q: How much will it cost me?
A: All my cakes are bespoke and are made to order. Therefore the price of each cake will depend on the size,design and ingredients used. Rest assured, no matter what your budget is, I can design something special just for you. Simply contact me and I will be happy to discuss your needs.

Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes I do. Delivery is free in and around London within the M25. Beyond that, a delivery charge will be added depending on location.

Q: I am unable to eat certain ingredients, are you be able to cater to my needs?
A: Yes I am. I am familiar with a number of dietary requirements. Please refer to my Allergies & Special Requirements page for more information. However, please note that while I will take precautions to avoid cross contamination, all my cakes are baked in the same kitchen.

Q: How far in advance do I need to make a booking?
A: Ideally I would like to have as much notice as possible to plan your celebration cake, especially when working on a more intricate design. However, I understand sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and things do not go to plan. I may be able to take last minute bookings depending on time and availability. Do get in touch with me to discuss this further.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes I do. A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of a booking.

Q: I need to cancel my booking. Can I get my deposit back?
A: Yes but only if you cancel more than 3 weeks prior to the delivery date. 10% of the total cost will be deducted from the deposit refunded. Unfortunately I am unable to refund your deposit if the cancellation is made less than 3 weeks from the date of delivery.

Q: Can I change the design of my cake?
A: I will endeavour to incorporate any changes to the design if I am able to. An additional charge may be incurred as certain ingredients may have been purchased and certain elements of the cake made.
